Week 2 of Half-Marathon Training

Week 2 did not go well. I half-heartedly did a workout on Tuesday, then did not do anything the rest of the week. It always happens like this, the first week or so I do really good, then I miss 1-2 days and just stop doing stuff. These quotes were sent around my office Friday and I really needed them. I just need to remember to just keep trying. Week 3 here I come!
