Week 4 -Half Marathon Training

This week was pretty good. My shins hurt when I ran so I walked a lot this week. I started getting a cold Thursday so I did not do 4 days like I wanted too. Hopefully I am over this cold this weekend and can push my self more next week.

         1st mile-13:20
         2nd mile-13:44
         3rd mile-15:13

1/17-1.53 miles-45 minutes, tried to give my shins a break from running and walked on the treadmill
